PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery superior in high-temperature storage characteristics. SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous secondary battery comprising a positive electrode, where lithium containing oxide is used for a substance for activating the positive electrode, a negative electrode, and nonaqueous electrolytic solution which contains at least one kind of asymmetric non-cyclic carbonate or a mixture of at least two or more kinds of non-cyclic esters except for such a case that all residual radicals of the non-cyclic esters are the same, an organic chemical compound (shown in chemical formula) is added in a range of 0.1 to 20 weight percentages in the battery.
