<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector system which can detect when all the terminals on the circuit equipment are electrically connected with all the contacts on a connector, when there is a crack or a rupture on the circuit equipment and when there is a cutting or an open circuit caused by wear and tear of some lead wires on the circuit equipment. SOLUTION: A connector system 100 includes a flexible circuit 120 with one and more terminals of the first and the second outermost terminals 242, 244. An individual lead wire 222 disposed on the flexible circuit 120 is connected with each different terminal 240. Peripheral lead wires 220 of the lead wires 222 are connected with the first and the second outermost terminals 242, 244. Connector 140 accommodates the flexible circuit 120 so that contact 340 electrically contacts the terminals 240 on the flexible circuit 120. The connector system 100 is provided with a detection circuit 310 which electrically contacts a contact 340 of the connector 140 and determines the interruption of the lead wire 222 by the detection circuit 310.</p> |
