PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic chronograph having a time display allowing the second to be checked while it is used as a stopwatch. SOLUTION: This chronograph has an hour hand 3 and a minute hand 4, as usual, and has two second hands, an off-centered small one 6 and a centered one 5. It further has, as a stopwatch, an hour hand 7, a minute hand 8 and a tenth-second hand 9. When it works as an ordinary watch, the two second hands make synchronized movement. According to another embodiment, two second hand 4, 8A are provided rotating centering around the middle, and a small display of minutes capable of displaying as long as 30 minutes is disposed at ten o'clock position, In ordinary working, the two minute hands move in a superposed manner.
