SOLUTION: In this pressure measurement device, the occurrence of an error in a measuring pressure accompanying an atmospheric pressure fluctuation is prevented by leading atmospheric pressure into the pressure gauge 10 from an atmospheric pressure lead-in pipe 17 provided in the same space as a space inside a sewer set with the pressure gauge 10 to offset the atmospheric pressure fluctuation, while the inflow of water and moisture into the pressure gauge 10 is prevented by blocking up an atmospheric pressure application part 17a with a variable capacity part 18.
