PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple receiving electric field intensity adjustment device reduced in its storage capacity and adjustment and a mobile radio system and a radio base station using the device. SOLUTION: The simple receiving electric field intensity adjustment device 10 capable of reducing the adjustment of offset adjustment means 14, 15 while reducing the storage capacity of a storage means 18 and the mobile radio system and the radio base station using the device 10 can be obtained. In the device 10, a cost required for adjustment in a manufacturing process can be reduced without deteriorating receiving performance and the cost of the storage means 18 can be also reduced.
