PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection system that can efficiently collect data. SOLUTION: In the data collection system consisting of at least one measurement apparatus that captures measurement data from a measurement object and stores the data to a data memory and of a host apparatus that collects the data stored in the memory of this measurement apparatus, the measurement apparatus and the host device have a telephone number respectively and the measurement apparatus transmits data on the occurrence of abnormity to the host device through a telephone line only on the occurrence of the abnormity where the collected data exceed a predetermined measurement range. |
