PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify component parts of a fixing member so as to reduce the cost by simplifying the manufacture of a pipe support formed by a pair of pipe support bands, a fixing member and a connecting member for integrating the above members. SOLUTION: In the fixing member 5, fitting members such as a screw shaft 14 and the like are fitted directly to one face of a circular fixing plate 10 to form a fixing base 17 fitted to a fixed portion such as a wall surface or the like, and a rectangular support plate 10 connected to a clamping part 8 of the pipe support band 4 is fitted to the other face of the fixing base. Thus, the component parts of the fixing member 5 are formed by two members, the fixing base 17 and the support plate 10.
