<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for displaying the state of a user for groupware with which the status of whether a user composing a group reads a document or document group displayed on a view window can be known. SOLUTION: In this method for displaying the state of every user for knowing the state of the user in the groupware, status display is performed by displaying a status column bar on the view window of every user and showing whether every user reads each of documents by the displayed status column bar. Besides, in order to execute this method, the device is composed of a network, a server equipped with a status database connected to the network for storing the states of respective users to respective documents, manager operating part equipped with a manager picture and a manager input device connected to the network and at least one user operating part connected to the network and provided with a user screen and a user input device.</p> |
