PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for working a transparent radio absorber for making it unnecessary to sharply change a manufacture line, and for flexibly providing transparent radio absorbers of which characteristics are different. SOLUTION: This method is provided for working a transparent radio absorber which is provided with a first laminated body 18 constituted by forming a transparent radio reflecting film 22 on one face of a transparent film 21, a spacer 16, and a second laminated body 20 constituted by forming a transparent radio absorbing film 24 on one face of a transparent film 23 on the surface of a body 26 to be worked. This method comprises a process for laminating the surface of the body 26 to be worked and one face of the first laminated body 18 so that they can be faced to each other, a process for laminating the other face of the first laminated body 18 and one face of the spacer 16 so that they can be faced to each other, and a process for laminating the other face of the spacer 16 and one face of the second laminated body 20 so that they can be faced to each other.
