PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a changing point even at the time of using a warning changing point detecting circuit in a part where direct delay amounts of an LSI or the like cannot be confirmed, and to detect even signal change during clearing change communication. SOLUTION: Changing point detecting blocks 1-1-1-1-n-1 are constituted only of a flip flop with reset and changing point detecting blocks 1-1-2-1-n-2 are constituted of the flip flop with reset and an inverter gate, and an Q output of the flip flop with reset is fed back to a reset terminal so that a differential pulse can be generated. Thus, it is not necessary to provide any delay element in a differentiating circuit, and even when this warning changing point detecting circuit is used in the part where the direct delay amounts of an LSI or the like cannot be confirmed, the changing points can be surely detected. Also, the changing point detecting circuit is separated from a latch/clear circuit. Thus, even when change of warning is generated during clearing a warning changing point detection signal, the change can be recognized. |
