SOLUTION: The care service confirming method which confirms the contents of care service provided for a recipient has a step for generating a care plan showing the contents of care service provided to a recipient, a step for recording a actual care result showing the contents of the care service provided to the recipient, and a step for confirming the provision of the care service by comparing the generated care plan with the recorded actual care result.
