SOLUTION: This device is provided with an input part 10 photographing a picture, a processing part 20 processing a photographed picture, a recording part 30 recording the picture, a display part 40 displaying the picture, a blower part 50 emitting gass toward the lens, a control part 60 controlling gas emission and photographing, a timing switch 70 and a range finding sensor 80.
