PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a resin lug, eliminating the possibility of discharge when a tact switch is operated, by applying thereon an evaporated film which can be subjected to laser beam machining. SOLUTION: A resin lug with a metal evaporated film 1c on the surface has the metal evaporated film 1c formed only at a portion protruded from the surface of a panel and its vicinity.
