PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rush-current controller which can set low the power capacity which is required, caused by a rush current flowing into each apparatus of the power unit to which a plurality of apparatuses are connected. SOLUTION: This rush-current controller 1 in the first embodiment is composed of a delay circuit as a phase delay means for delaying the phase of a rush current, and a setting switch (setting SW) as a quantity-of-delay setting means for setting the quantity of delay of the phase of the rush current passing through the delay circuit, and the rush current controller 1 in the second embodiment uses a random number generating circuit as a quantity-of-delay setting means. |
