PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tightness among a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator. SOLUTION: After a negative electrode layer 301, a separator layer 302, and a positive electrode layer 303 are applied in this order to a base material 2 with drawing intermittent patterns, a second base material 5 is fixed tightly to the positive electrode layer 303, where the negative electrode layer and the positive electrode layer are formed so that L1>L2 and W1>W2 (where L1 is the length of the negative electrode layer 301 in the running direction of the base material, L2 is the length of the positive electrode layer 302 in the same direction, W1 is the dimension of the negative electrode layer in the direction of the width of the intermittent pattern, and W2 is the dimension of the positive electrode layer in the same direction). When the positive electrode layer is applied with drawing the intermittent pattern of a stripe, the following formula is satisfied: W1>n×W2 (where n (n>=2) is the number of stripes). |
