PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly identify a pure peak and a composite peak on a screen at a glance. SOLUTION: In the data processor used for a chromatograph which adopts three-dimensional chromatograph data including wavelength spectrum data or mass number spectrum data at each time, the three-dimensional chromatograph data is displayed to include two-dimension having at least a time base and a wavelength/mass number axis, and extreme value data at each time is displayed as different characteristics (different color, high luminance, blink or the like) from another data. Thus, a change (locus) of a position of the extreme value is linearly clearly displayed. It can be easily judged that, when the locus is linearly extended in a time direction near the peak, its peak is by the pure component or when the locus is bent, the peak includes impurities.
