PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency by efficiently introducing cooling air to a cooling fin in a heat sink. SOLUTION: This heat sink is formed of a material superior in thermal conductivity and is provided with a plurality of radiation fins on the upper surface of a base part 1. An air-lead guide part 4, composed of inclined surface having gradually increased height toward the top edge, is provided on at least one side edge of the base part 1.
