METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ITEM WITH A MONOCRYSTALLINE STRUCTURE BY DIRECTED CRYSTALLIZATION

The invention relates to a method for the production of an item with a monocrystalline structure by directed crystallization. According to said method, a form (7) is placed in a heating chamber (2) which is then filled with a fused bath (8); the form is moved into a cooling chamber (3); the cooling chamber is cooled with two flows of coolant containing a mixture of an inert gas and powder cooling materials. The device for implementing said method includes a vacuum furnace (1) with a vacuum system (4), a heating room (2), a cooling chamber (3), a form (7), a gas system (12) and two devices which are located in the cooling chamber (3) and used to direct two independent cooling flows consisting of a mixture of a gas and powder cooling materials on the form (7). The device also includes two systems which are located one under another below the wall (5), inside the cooling chamber (3), and are used to two independent cooling flows direct on the form (7).
