PURPOSE:To prevent power transmission capacity from deteriorating by discharging friction powder outside of a contacting plane, by providing one continuous spiral groove which runs in an external diametrical direction from an internal diametrical direction on the contacting plane of a clutch plate. CONSTITUTION:Radial slits 14a are notched on both faces of each of friction plates 14 on both sides of which are provided with a plurality of clutch plates 15. Both sides of each of the clutch plates 15, that is, each of the contacting planes is provided with one continual V section spiral groove 16 which runs in an external diametrical direction from an internal diametrical direction. In addition to the above, connecting protrusions 15a are formed at regular pitch angles on four spots of the external circumference 4 of each of the clutch plates 15 in a body, and connecting protrusions 15a of each of the clutch plates 15 are connected with notched parts 9b formed on the clutch housing 9 movably in an axial direction and rotatably in a body in a circumferential direction. |
