Flexible ideal superconductor for e.g. electric motor and energy storage device, has two conductive layers separated by insulation layer

The super conductor is flexible and is round or flat and has a loss free power characteristic at normal temperatures. It has two conductive layers separated by an insulation layer. An electrical potential is applied between the layers and an electron transfer occurs. The conductive layers are of a paramagnetic material deposited by a sputtering process. Independent claims are included for a manufacturing method for the superconductor.
