Safety ladder has rubber or plastic tooth profiles (1) over the whole length or only half the length of the undersides of the stringer (3). The upper ladder is positioned with the ladder stringers on rollers which are fixed to the inner or outer sides of the stringers of the lower ladder. Connecting plates are fixed to the outer longitudinal sides of the ladder with earthing cables. The ladder has clamping claws or screw clamps at the top of the ladder. Distance spacers are arranged on both ladder stringers in the central region.
