A search engine system, server (8) and method receives input from a user terminal (4) regarding a mark and a description of its associated products or services. The search engine (8) searches a database table (10) which will have one entity associated with the input data (18). The entity's web site, a constructed web site, and/or a list of authorized vendors for the products or services or an error message is then displayed to the user via the user terminal (4).
