PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a product and the working efficiency of an equipment by preventing the lack in drying by surely discharging pellets on a furnace hearth to the outside of the furnace, and also, by preventing the damage to a device, in the discharging device of the pellets. SOLUTION: In a drying furnace 17 of a producing apparatus for reduced iron, plural scrape-off plates 63 are provided as a scrape-off means for sraping off green balls GB stuck on the surface of a pallet 48 between a first pellet discharging part 57 and a second pellet discharging part 58. Then, after discharging the green ball GB which are not stuck on the surface of the pallet 48 at the first pellet discharging part 57, the green balls GB stuck on the surface of the pellet 48 are scraped off with plural scrape-off plates 63 and the green balls GB scraped off, are discharged in the second pellet discharging part 58.
