PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting tool capable of carrying a container easily, positively and safely and further capable of being stored in compact shape when the tool is not used. SOLUTION: This container-transporting tool is constituted such that it is comprised of a handle member having at least two vertical levers at its end segments, and pressing means capable of sliding the vertical levers in upward and downward directions, the pressing means is comprised of a case member having a recess part at its lower side, and an abutting member at one side and a pressing member at the other side within the case member with the space segment of the recess part being held therebetween, and after the recess part is inserted into the container, the pressing member can be advanced into or retracted from the abutting member as the vertical levers of the handle member move up and down.
