PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink waste liquid absorber comprising infiltrating a surfactant in soft polyurethane foam prepared by using a foamable raw material containing a plyol, an isocyanate, a catalyst and a foaming agent. SOLUTION: A homogenous ink waste liquid absorber having accurate ink absorbability is inexpensively obtained to be adapted to a printer and can be used in a state cut in conformity to a shape even if the shape of the set region in the printer is complicated. Since the ink waste liquid absorber comprises polyurethane foam, a fluffy phenomenon like felt is not generated and the falling-off of fluff is eliminated and no adverse effect is exerted on the function of the printer. |
