PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method and apparatus capable of easily treating a used wiping liquid and capable of easily producing the wiping liquid with definite characteristics. SOLUTION: Flocculants 4a, 4b and a filtering aid 4c are added to a wiping liquid 1 used in the washing of a wiping roller 100 to flocculate ink in the wiping liquid 1 and this treated wiping liquid 1 is filtered to be separated into sludge 5 and a filtrate 6 and this filtrate 6 is heated to form distilled water 7 and a concentrated liquid 8 and distilled water 7 is reutilized as the raw material of the wiping liquid while the concentrated liquid 8 is heated to be separated into vapor 9 and solid residue 10. |
