PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extensible/contractible door capable of avoiding such a situation that the moving side end of the door body is shaked in the extension/ contraction direction when the door is moved and stabilizing the opening or closing motion of the door body. SOLUTION: The door is provided with a door body 7 in which a plurality of vertical frame members 8 arranged in the extension/contraction direction are extensibly/contractibly connected by a pantograph mechanism 9 to constitute the door structure, guide rails 26, 27 installed above the door body 7 to extend in the extending/contracting direction, and traveling wheel units 32, 33 which can travel along the guide rails 26, 27 to supportingly hang the door body 7. In the extensible door 1 constituting the door body 7 so that one end in the extending/contracting direction of the door body is fixed and the other end is made extensible/contractible as the transferable side end, traveling wheels 35, 35 are separately arranged at least at two positions in the extending/ contracting direction in the traveling wheel unit 32 hanging the traveling side end of the door body 7 to support it.
