PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance of a roof to rainwater between both sheet metal-made roof tiles adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction and appearance thereof and to facilitate forming of a roof. SOLUTION: A piece 12 to be locked of one sheet metal-made roof tile 7 (A) can be locked with a locking piece 10 of another sheet metal-made roof tile 7 (B) laid on the surface of a roof board 3 to be adjacent to the lower side of the sheet metal-made roof tile 7 in the oblique direction S from outside. A side edge 8a of the sheet metal-made roof tile 7 (A) can be superimposed on the surface of a side edge 8a of a still further sheet metal-made roof tile 7 (C) laid on the surface of the roof board 3 to be adjacent to the sheet metal- made roof tile 7 (A) in the horizontal direction H along the surface of the roof board 3 to intersect substantially perpendicularly to the oblique direction S from outside. The edge of the side edge 8a of the sheet metal-made roof tile 7 (A) is folded back on the back side of the side edge 8a to form a superposition structure of plural roof tiles.
