PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper changing aid allowing even weak women to easily change diapers on bedridden old people or sick people, etc., without requiring great forces. SOLUTION: The diaper changing aid comprises a pair of bases, a pair of telescopic posts stood on the bases, and a pair of leg hanging portions vertically swingably and horizontally slidably mounted on the tops of the posts. The pair of bases may be connected together by a telescopic connecting member or auxiliary legs may be deployably and retractably attached to the bases.
