PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope board used in loading a lightweight vehicle to a loading and carrying vehicle or unloading it therefrom, wherein the slope board structure is made lightweight and bendable for facilitating the handling. SOLUTION: This board comprises a square lamination board formed by superposedly attaching almimium alloy thin plates on both front and rear surfaces of foaming resin lightweight plate of a specified thickness, sectionally U shaped frame members fitted in each edge of the square board while connected integrally therewith, hook members fixed to one side frame members fitted to the circumferential edges of the square board and having a substantially dogglegged shape in its side.
