PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that when the size of a transmission case is changed corresponding to increase and decrease in size of a vehicle, because change of a mounting position of an HST is not easy, design of an HST itself is obliged to change and a recess space is generated, in a vehicle having planetary gear type differential mechanism in which a travel HST for changing vehicle speed and a turn HST for steering are disposed to be opposite to a side wall of the transmission case to connect each driving force form the HSTs. SOLUTION: There is provided mounting structure capable of freely changing a angle for mounting both HSTs 25, 28 on a side wall face of a transmission case 22 in a longitudinal direction at a predetermined angle.
