PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe sauna apparatus for caring regulable in temperature and generating no temperature change even if an operator operates a temperature regulating switch by mistake or the temperature regulating switch is operated mischievously. SOLUTION: When set temperature is altered, at first, a temperature altering switch 21 as a temperature altering means is turned on to bring a set temperature to an alterable state and the set temperature is raised or lowered by a temperature raising/lowering switch 25 being a temperature regulating means. Therefore, the temperature raising/lowering switch being the temperature regulating means can not raise and lower the set temperature even if it is turned on until the temperature altering switch 21 is turned on and can raise and lower the set temperature for the first time when the temperature altering switch 21 is turned on.
