<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and inexpensively finish the base surface having gloss of even a golf club head consisting of a high-strength material, such as stainless steel or titanium alloy, and having intricate design parts, such as recessed parts, on its surface. SOLUTION: The base surface is subjected to a blasting treatment using ceramic beads mainly consisting of a compound of zirconia and silica as blasting materials.</p> |
