PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge pump device constituted at a low cost, having a high efficiency and a good operability and realizing a rapid discharge work. SOLUTION: This discharge pump device 1 can be disposed at a discharge object area 100 and is provided with a liquid driving pump 20 having a driving impeller 22 for rotating a main shaft 21 by a pressure of a working fluid and a pump impeller 23 mounted on the main shaft 21; a working fluid storage tank 7 for storing the working fluid; a pressurizing pump 4 connected to the working fluid storage tank 7 and the liquid driving pump 20, suctioning and pressurizing the working fluid in the working fluid storage tank 7 and supplying to the driving impeller 22 of the liquid driving pump 20; and a working fluid- returning pipe connected to the liquid driving pump 20 and the working fluid storage tank 7 and returning the working fluid flowing from the driving impeller 22 to the working fluid storage tank 7.
