PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing blade fitting structure for a work vehicle having the simple structure of a sound absorbing blade having a large sound absorbing effect, easy detachability to the air port part of a machinery room cover, easy tuneableness to noise from the room, easy maintenance for the blade, a fairing property for ventilation in the port part, and the excellencies in both the strength and outer appearance of the cover. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing blade 8 has a core material 14, sound absorbing materials 15 mounted on both the surfaces of the material 14, and fitting members 11 and 12 formed so as to cover the end surface of the materials 15, and a fairing member 6e for fairing ventilation in the front part in the ventilation direction of the blade 8 is provided on the air port 6a of a cover 6.
