<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-protecting laminated film having high transparency to keep the visibility of the pasted adherend and having an adhesive layer easily releasable after pasting to an adherend, keeping the light releasing force after the lapse of time and free from the flotation trouble caused by the intrusion of bubble even in the case of pasting to an adherend having rough surface and provide a laminated material composed of the film. SOLUTION: The surface-protecting film is produced by applying an adhesive layer B to one surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film A and has a critical rebounding coefficient of <=0.5. The laminated material is obtained by laminating a releasing paper having a biaxially oriented polyester film as a base to the adhesive layer B of the surface-protecting film.</p> |
