PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the hinge with an angle holding mechanism of a folding door having extremely excellent appearance. SOLUTION: In the hinge 1 for the folding door composed of end members 2 with the first shaft sections 4 installed to the side end sections of panels P1, P2 for the folding door while being extended in the vertical direction and an intermediate member 20 having the first bearing sections 21, to which the first shaft sections 4 are externally fitted rotatably, at both side end sections and being interposed between the two end members, stopper holders 23 with the second bearing sections 26 replaced with parts of the inner circumferential surfaces of the first bearing sections are internalized to the intermediate member 20, stoppers 30 slidably projected in the axial center direction from the second bearing sections and springs 35 urging the stoppers in the projecting direction are internalized to the stopper holders, and a recessed section 9 engaged with the stoppers is formed at the fixed angular position of the outer circumferential surface of the first shaft section. A part of the first shaft section is replaced with the second shaft section made of a resin as required, and the second shaft section has a recessed section. The second bearing section is made of the resin.
