PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form an exterior wall rapidly while reducing construction cost. SOLUTION: A pair of exterior-wall forming plates 1, 2 are arranged at a regular interval, in which windows are formed, a pair of the exterior-wall forming plates are connected by a connecting member 3, and an exterior wall member 5, to which band windows can be installed, is formed to the section of the interval. The exterior wall member 5 is arranged at a position, where the exterior wall of a building frame is formed, directing the connecting member 3 towards the indoor side. The exterior wall member 5 is fixed onto the building frame, and the connecting member 3 is removed.
