PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistive building column, which has excellent heat-resistive characteristics, is lightweight, resists even a dynamic impulse and a thermal impulse and is also advantageous to manufacturing and assembly cost. SOLUTION: The structure for construction having fire-resistive structure has constitution in which flame-retardant plywood 3a-3d and the fire-resistive enclosure of particle boards are installed preferably, enclosing the whole outer circumferential surfaces of a steel pipe or shape steel used as a core material. The structure for construction having fire-resistive structure in which a carbon thin-film having low thermal conductivity is formed on the surface of the fire-resistive enclosure first when a fire is generated, the rate of the temperature rise of the surface of the steel pipe 2 or shape steel is lowered and the sudden temperature rise of the steel pipe 2 or shape steel is prevented without generating a topic gas while the thermal deformation of the steel pipe 2 or shape steel is obviated, which resists even a thermal impulse and in which excellent fire-resistive characteristics are displayed and on which the fire-resistive enclosure is mounted, is lightweight, transport works onto a construction site and moving works at a site are conducted simply, manufacturing cost and construction cost can be reduced, a dynamic impulse is increased and there is no falling of the heavy fire-resistive enclosure in the case of the generation of an earthquake disaster, and an injury accident by a fallen object can also be prevented.
