PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a faucet fitting for simplifying the mounting and removing of a faucet such as a single faucet, cold and hot water mixing faucet or the like to piping. SOLUTION: A faucet is provided to a downstream section of piping 1c for supplying water or hot water, in the order from the downstream side, the downstream section 5, a seal section 6 formed flatly, an approximately cylindrical plug 2 forming a lock groove 7 therein are provided to the circumferential surface thereof, it is connected to an upstream section of a faucet 3 or a hose or formed in the faucet or the hose and, at the same time, it is detachable to the plug 2, in the order from the upstream side, a lock section 8 for locking the lock groove section 7, a seal member 9 capable of coming into contact with the seal section 6 and a socket 4 forming the central part 10 therein are provided to the interior wall thereof, the lock section 8 of the socket 4 is constituted of a through-hole 13 and a lock bolt 14 held by thr through-hole 13, urged to the inside of the socket 4 by a projection 15 of a sliding member 11 in the case of locking and turned out to a recessed section 16 of the sliding member 11 in the case of unlocking, and the sliding member 11 is capable of being slid along an exterior wall of the socket 4 and is always energized to the upstream side by a spring 12.
