SUSPENSION SPRING MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF MOTORCYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension spring mounting structure of a motorcycle. SOLUTION: A resin spring 27 is pushed by a sandwiching plate 61 in a state being abutted on a swing arm 23 for screwing bolts 66 into the swing arm 23 side to be compressed via the sandwiching plate 61 and connected with a main frame 12 side by bolts 67. On the swing arm 23, piercing holes 84 adapted to have the bolts 67 passed through are formed. This unneccesitates a compressing device to have the resin spring 27 compressed and the resin spring 27 can be easily compressed and mounted since the bolts 66 are screwed into the swing arm 23 side. And after mounting a suspension spring on the swing arm 23 by the sandwiching plate 61 and the first bolts 66 to be sub-assembled, the suspension spring can be mounted on the main frame 12 by the second bolts 67 to improve assembling performance of the swing arm 23 and the suspension spring to the main frame 12 than assembling the suspension spring and the swing arm 23 solely thereon.
