PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber stamp case being free from such a problem that a wire disengages from a cap in carriage, that the cap opens spontaneously and that a holder and the cap slip off each other in stamping. SOLUTION: A rubber stamp case 1 is constituted of a flat rectangular- parallelepiped-shaped holder 2 equipped with a detachable stamp seat on the upper side, a U-shaped wire of which the central shaft part 16 is passed rotatably through the holder and of which the arm parts 17 on the opposite sides are bent at right angles to the shaft part and a flat rectangular- parallelepiped cap 3 which bears rotatably the fore end parts of the wire bent at right angles to the arm parts and which are laid on either of the upper and bottom sides of the holder by the rotation of the arm parts. In the case 1 thus constituted, the holder and the cap are formed to have lengths allowing the wire to be put therein and a slit 5 and a recess 9 for rotation of the arm parts are formed in the holder and the cap respectively, while as wire hole 11 bearing the fore end part of the wire is provided in one of the opposite inner surfaces of the recess.
