PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog dung collecting tool capable of collecting a plurality of dungs discharged in walking a plurality of house dogs, a plurality of dungs discharged from other dogs and left as they are, usable for recovering empty cans left as they are, capable of responding to demands for environmental hygiene of city and beauty in town of residential area and contributing to society. SOLUTION: This dog dung collecting tool is equipped with a grab bucket 1 having an open top. A portal supporting grip 3 having ascending and descending guide channels 11 at both sides is rotatably pivoted on the top of the grab bucket 1 at both the sides of the grab bucket 1. A portal opening and closing grip 6 for opening and closing the grab bucket is arranged inside both the ascending and descending channels 11 so as to be gripped together with the supporting grip 3. Ring-shaped close urging springs 12 are fixed to both the insides of the grab bucket 1. A bag 15 is inserted into the grab bucket 1 from an opening and the bottom of the bag 15 is reversed to the outside of the grab bucket 1 and fixed by a clamping pawl 13 outside the grab bucket 1.
