PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission disposal device which reduces and removes the unburned gas, incomplete combustion gas, smoke and soot, and oil included in the exhaust emission from an internal combustion engine, improves the output efficiency and fuel consumption rate of the internal combustion engine, and is more simple in disposal methods and structure, easier in operation and maintenance and lower in production costs than those in conventional ones. SOLUTION: This device is an exhaust emission disposal device provided with an auxiliary chamber with structures. The disposal device comprises at least an exhaust emission admission section into which the exhaust emission from the internal combustion engine is introduced, at least one auxiliary chamber in which structures are arranged and a discharge section. In providing a silencing chamber and a plurality of auxiliary chambers, intermediate chambers can be provided between the auxiliary chambers. Both of movable structures and fixed structures can be used. Concretely, for movable structures, propeller type impellers, hydraulic turbine type impellers, rotary drums, rocking plates, rotary pieces, rotary plates, butterflies, sliders and worm are listed, and for fixed structures, metal plates, perforated plates, metal plates with projections, straightening vanes, pieces and pleats are listed.
