PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally execute a building in which an SRC-constructed Vierendeel frame is used as a main frame. SOLUTION: When the building in which a steel encased reinforced concrete- constructed Fierendeel frame 4 is used as a main frame is executed, column steel frames and beam steel frames constituting the Fierendeel frame are executed, slab concrete is placed and the vertical load of the slab concrete is supported by the beam steel frames and the column steel frames, and concrete is placed to the column steel frames and the beam steel frames and steel encased reinforced concrete-constructed columns 5 and beams 6 are completed.
