PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solves such problems encountered with the conventional game machines as the difficulty in viewing game sections by the reflection of light of illumination, etc., and the reflection of surrounding scenes of the metallic plating applied on exterior and the uncomfortable feel incurred upon players and the danger of a malfunction of the game machine by the discharge of static electricity. SOLUTION: A rotating film 13 is formed on a chrome plating layer 10. The coating film 13 is formed by incorporating aluminum pieces, particles formed by breaking glass thin films and mica or light scatterable particles, such as pearl powder, into transparent dyes 12. The incident light on the coating film 13 and the reflected light from the chrome plating layer 10 of the layer below the same are scattered by the flakes 11 dispersed in the coating film 13, by which such a visual sense effect as if the coating film 13 glitters brilliantly is created. The coating film 13 having various characteristics may be created by changing the kinds, sizes and contents of the flakes 1 and properly selecting the colors of the dyes 12. The game machines featuring a wide variety may be easily manufactured by applying such coating films 13 thereto.
