PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for oiling rust preventing oil for applying the rust preventing oil to the barrel part of a rolling roll which is provided with a device for removing iron powder from an oiling roll during operation. SOLUTION: On the upper part of the oiling roll for applying the rust preventing oil to the barrel part of the rolling roll, the iron powder removing device for removing the iron powder by magnetic force is equipped in close proximity to the oiling roll.
