PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for a shoe which can prevent the odor of foot, the increase in germs, and the sweaty and wet feeling, and to prevent degradation of the performance for a long time. SOLUTION: A fiber structure contains synthetic fiber filaments of maximum 1 denier in mean single fiber degree on at least an upper layer of a fiber structure A containing highly water-absorbing and humid-absorbing fibers in which the difference (R2-R1) between the humid absorption ratio RI at 20 deg.C and 60% RH and the humid absorption ratio R2 at 20 deg.C and 97% RH is 30% or more, and the unit fiber water absorption is minimum 300 wt.% to maximum 800 wt.%.
