PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the height of an anchor bolt on a ceiling and a distance between adjacent anchor bolts in an underground railway tunnel, independently of the level, and to shorten a time for measuring work with a less number of workers. SOLUTION: This measuring device for a rigid electric railcar line supporting point comprises a visible light type distance measuring equipment for measuring and displaying a distance while emitting and projecting a visible light, set up on one carriage to run on a rail so that its visible light projection can be directed upward and in parallel to a rail extending direction, an emitter for projecting a visible light, set up on the other carriage to run on the rail following or preceding one carriage so that its visible light projection is directed upward, and a reflecting plate set on such a position that the visible light projection can be received when the visible light projection from the visible light type distance measuring equipment on one carriage is redirected in parallel to the rail extending direction.
