PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the seal property of an air and water at the fitted part of upper/lower cases positioned on the side surface of an evaporator and improve the assembly workability of the case, in the device in which the ventilation surface of the evaporator is slantly arranged in the case. SOLUTION: A part responsing to the side surface of an evaporator 2 extending from a fitted part 9 to the downside is formed in a double structure by the extension plate 8 extending from an upper case 5 to the downside and one part 6d of a lower case 6. Thereby, when the evaporator 2 is assembled to the upper case 5, the packing 7 of the side surface of the evaporator 2 is entirely formed in a state held down by a proper amount and an air and water is surely sealded. At the assembly time of the lower case 6, as the assembly while holding down the packing 7 is not required, an assembly workability is improved.
